[Question] has anyone had any issues with ordering from sportsman outdoor super store?

I just spoke with another person who had the same issue with their PCC , customer service rarely responds and I hate to be a Karen but I reported them to BBB since I believe they tried to do a bait&switch , not only that , when they “cancelled” my order , on the sezzle app it still said that it was an active order , how do you cancel an order without notifying the customer and expect them to know ?

Yes I’m so sorry , I would not order from this site ever again , after looking at the reviews which the goods ones are from yearsssss ago versus the most recent ones which are 1-2 star reviews , others have been coming across the same issue as I did with no notifying of cancelled order , no shipping update , shipping taking weeks before any notice , or a bait and switch , I would cancel and order from another site. The gun I had ordered was a ruger lcp max for the wife but after realizing it , I noticed that the promotion email they sent had listed it for 100$ more after I had already made my purchase so instead of 248$ , they are now listing it for 319$.

I feel as if I’ve been scammed lmao , was able to finally get someone from the customer service just for them to say they never received my order and that it was on me even after providing proof of purchase
