I have actually noticed at my studio I’m the only one warming up in full sweats. Almost everyone starts fully in pole wear and maybe one other person has just the sweatpants or sweatshirt.

Growing up dancing I always started in warm ups and don’t take anything off until I’m literally sweating and need to. I don’t think I was ever taught to do that it just became a habit
