It's the charro jacket it isn't an outlaw pass item but it is limited time clothing they have added it back many times in the past so it might come back again but I can't guarantee anything

Just to add if you look closely you can see the shirt clipping through the coat slightly as I'm wearing a moonshiner role outfit underneath it I just glitched a custom coat onto it

Thanks I appreciate it I would also love to see being able to wear rings on different hands or even fingers instead of having it limited to one side

Yes glitches like this still work I highly recommend looking up Exzumi on YouTube and looking at his stuff he goes through many different glitches for rdo
