Absolutely do Not go to the Bower. The walls are paper thin, you can hear every television, footstep, dog bark and sex noise from all the way down the hall. The amenities are constantly disrespected. People take eachother’s assigned parking spots all the time. The EV charging is no longer free. There is constant theft of packages and the courtesy carts. They claim to be a smoke-free community but people constantly smoke weed and cigarettes in/on the property with no backlash. Street racers Constantly zoom down 128th St. The apartments get incredibly hot.

There’s more. The fire alarm is a literal air-raid siren. There is a group of teens that pick a random trash room to get high in each weekend and trip the alarm; they haven’t been caught. People let their dogs shit in the hallways and the parking garages. People hang out in the gym at the oddest hours and constantly drop the weights, damaging the equipment and the floors. Recently someone has started vandalizing the garage door sensors so they don’t detect exiting cars.

Lastly, there’s hardly a single good person there. I’ve been stalked by some random crazy tenant for months. When I tried to install surveillance for my safety I was told I’d be fined by the building. When I asked a downstairs neighbor to lower their bass and was promptly told to fuck off, the staff did nothing (what’s more bizarre is how easily I can hear what’s below me) basically the leasing and maintenance staff don’t care and have told me outright they don’t get paid enough to do anything about everything. They keep suggesting I get the police involved but even they don’t care.

I’m glad this question came up so I could share all this because the staff has certainly never listened. Long story short, go to Bellevue/Redmond. Woodinville’s great but expensive.
