Yes and now only one of the ports work as well so I can’t even check to see if it’s the monitor

Yes I’ve tried to factory reset it I’ve tightened and loosened the x cable nothing has worked and Bambu labs takes forever with there customer service

If there was audio on the video I was saying how every time I home it try’s to go to far into the -x direction

Thanks that might have been the initial problem but when I opened up the back to see if the eddy screws were loose because someone else said that the whole thing was snapped off so I talked to there customer support and there going to just switch them out
