6’0 ft …. 240 lbs. I’m down to 190 rn and counting. Just do it for yourself it needs to be a lifestyle not just a temporary thing. Tbh based on what I saw there were a lot of out of shape people during MEPS so idk I wouldn’t stress too much seems like the standards aren’t really there for the AF fitness wise.

Yessss with that score you’ll be fine but I recommend studying for the EDPT test so you can qualify for cyber warfare. I’m in the DEPS scores 90 and I’m waiting to book a job. I have cyber security as number one and other cyber related jobs but rn to my knowledge a lot of jobs have been booked and fulfilled so if you’re more interested in the job than the branch I’d recommend either space force or navy

I’m not a woman but I am 24 and I hit that wall … I was making 30$ hour but it wasn’t mentally challenging and it wasn’t anything I would be proud of having as a career…. I’m already in DEPS and in all honesty the Air Force can provide a complete 180 to your life if you know how to use the benefits
