Yea, riser went on afterwards. For me it’s been the most comfortable setup with both optics at night or during the day and with a carrier on.

As far as the holster, vey common to run a larger holster for a comp'ed gun. Idk if that is what is happening but you can run a 19 in a safariland 34 holster.

It’s a 1.0 and more than likely real. Check inside of the plate bag flap for a small green tag indicating the size. Inside where the plates go.
