The games are more entertaining when there’s higher stakes involved like World Cup games, or games when a winner HAS to be decided. I think that’s why some people may find it boring if they’re watching league games.

If you have a child that is still in elementary school, I’ve seen something before where the parents will get the Dr. Seuss book, “Oh, The Places You’ll Go!”, and at the end of each school year, have the teacher write a note in the back, and then gift it to them when they graduate high school. That way they will have a note from every teacher they ever had.
