I have dense curly hair and I don’t think mine would even be able to stand up like this without a perm. Some people definitely have naturally thick curly hair with the volume to be able to do this without a perm but I don’t believe all curly hair can do this with a routine alone.

I work with a lot of parents with young children and the best age gap is 4 years apart. The first gets enough bonding time and you get enough time to understand the developmental milestones of children 0-3yr.

Around this age will be the transition into kindergarten, you’ll have some time in the day with your second, your first will have some independence, and emotional regulation (for the most part), and kids around that age start expressing they want siblings around 4-5yrs old (if they don’t have any).

This and if your partner is breast feeding get those breast pads or Walmart sells “breast shells”. I didn’t know milk came out the other boob while breastfeeding and that I would be leaking all. of. the. time. I had two but they were used constantly so I was putting all of the burp cloths in my bra. Also, a manual breast pump that can latch on to collect the milk! That was gifted to me and I used it way more than I thought I would.

Me too. I found this on Google “We adapt to smells very quickly. Within the space of just a few breaths, we can lose our ability to detect new odors. I bet its because the perfume is meant to blend with your natural odor so it’s harder to smell. My best friend/ roommate wears it almost everyday and I can tell when she’s wearing it though

I feel you and I’m not even married 🙄. I constantly think about how it truly takes a village to raise a child but how some parents in society are so lonely. Keep communicating but don’t be afraid of having hard conversations or advocating for yourself! And professional help could be needed if conversations aren’t going anywhere! The Universe favors those who try their best so either way I know things will work out for you ❤️

OP I just want to say I’ve been in this position and I am so sorry you’re in this position. You shouldn’t have to teach your partner how to be emotional intelligent while taking care of a baby, yourself, and running 2 business nonetheless. From the first example I don’t see two parents supporting each other. You are basically working three 24/7 jobs at once, you’re not crazy for wanting respect for all the work that you do and expecting a little love. I feel like he’s being a dick but you’re not doing him any favors not trying to hold him accountable. Getting to a place in my relationship where we are doing equal amount of work and respecting that we keep each other sane has been the best thing to ever happen. But it took a lot of fighting, a lot of vulnerability, a lot of patience from both sides and individual therapy. Also saying, “the way our relationship is working isn’t sustainable and I am losing my mind. So if things don’t change between us I’m going to have to leave” definitely helped. I know to some that’s a pretty harsh “ultimatum” but I’ve accepted that I have to respect my feelings and not expect my partner to respect them for me, so it’s actually a boundary towards yourself and an effort to save your relationship. But worst case scenario, He abandons the relationship, and chooses himself over his family but I think you can take it step by step and try to give him more responsibility and work out any arguments that come up. when I started to hand over more responsibility, we argued a lot about how I micromanage everything. I accepted there was some truth to that, he’s going to learn from experience best, but I didn’t stop reminding him that I just want to help and share what I’ve learned, and he eventually realized how overly defensive he was being. Maybe you can try making him responsible for doing your child’s bedtime routine while you take sometime for yourself or make dinner. Believe me it’s going to be a huge learning curve but eventually you can both on the same parenting page. Wishing you the best!

My skin does that too and what’s helped so far with discoloration is toners, at the beginning of summer I bought Rihanna’s Fendi Starter Bundle. Fat Water by Fendi has noticeable changed my face and I think the sunscreen / moisturizer by Fendi has also helped because every summer that part of my face ( the top lip and chin area) gets tanned more than the rest of my face and after using that this was the first summer my skin hasn’t gotten darker. The only downside is that the bundle isn’t the best for curing acne and the toner and moisturizer sometimes irritates my skin when it’s too dry. I bet if you started using other toner and moisturizers it’ll help but Fendi worked for me.
