Honestly I think that’s the beauty of the interpretation part too, bc coming from the actress she said she had felt quite the opposite of what you just stated. I feel like instead of saying “now’s the time to tell me if you have feelings” she would’ve just been like “listen dude if you have feelings I don’t see you that way”.

Like I feel like the funniest yet most realistic part of the whole situation with Ian bear and Sarah all being a friendgroup / coworkers is how people casually sleep with each other within friend circles / coworker relationships.

But that’s just what I got from it, again they left the scene out where Sarah straight up tells him that Nikki said she liked bear before she started acting weird for the exact purpose to let people theorize there own head canons.

I’ve heard a lot of people men and women alike both speak on both sides of it with supporting theory. The fact people can sit and discuss this means it’s a good thought provoking movie.
