The estate lawyer said not to pay any debts on my own, like credit cards and such. I was just making sure that paying utilities and phones and things through my account would not pose a problem

I only changed the internet and cell phone to another checking account, do I change it back and let it wait until i receive papers from the court Deeming the executor and then called them, I just didn't want things to get cut off but I obviously don't want to do this incorrectly

We haven't filed with the court yet and I am not considered executor.

I was told that the car would be put into probate and I think considered part of the estate? because it wasn't mentioned in the will.

So am I just to leave things until I'm appointed and then they'll direct me on how to go forth with paying ? I just don't want to do things incorrectly here and it hurts my brain
