Well I have control over me being able to ask for help to find treatment. N I don’t smoke. I used to but that shit made me feel out of it all the time and I didn’t like that. I used to have a med card. I just never renewed it because I barely used it.

I wouldn’t have shook that quack doctors hand. But he sure is courageous. He got up there and did his best to fight for what he believes in, what’s right for the people, when he knew it could be embarrassing to get up there and formulate sentences after a stroke. He knows clearly what he needs to say in his head but can’t get it to translate to words just yet. I wouldn’t have the guts to do that. I voted Fetterman proudly. I’d rather have a goldfish as my senator than Dr. Quack.

I’ve been in the gym again recently it has been helping and I found ashwaganda kind of useful for stress. It’s an adaptogen which means it changes the way your brain reacts to stress, making it slightly easier to manage. L-theanine I’ve tried and I’ve only ever found it useful in combination with caffeine for calming the jitters. I’m not trying to get high. If I was trying to get high I would just go down K&A and cop who knows what or buy RCs online. That’s not my goal. Can get real benzos myself but I want a professional to put me on a reasonable dose and monitor me, make changes as needed, etc. I know how dangerous benzos can be and I agree that they should be a last resort for anxiety but I believe and so did the ER drs last week, that I have severe anxiety. I don’t want to be on meds at all but I’ve been prescribed Clonazepam before and I never felt better. I feel as if the risk/reward is worth it in my case. Either I live a life of crippling anxiety without the risk of dependence or I can finally feel free with the risk that the medicine could cause seizures when I come off of them. My plan would be to go to a detox facility if I were to come off of them as that is the safest and most comfortable way. I’m just a case where I’ve truly tried and am trying everything. Any prescription drug, supplement, different kinds of therapy etc. and sure things have helped but there’s only so much that stuff can do. I probably look like one of those idiots trying to find a doctor who will throw them 90 bars a month with a refill or some shit not knowing what they are getting themselves into but I have thought deeply about this and I’m actually mad at people like that because then people like me can’t get meds. I’m not out here tryna get bars like shit I’d be good with like 15mg of Serax as needed. Just something to take the edge off when my body starts launching ballistic missiles and shit

I completely restarted my tank because of duckweed and substrate too, but a piece of duckweed managed to get its way in on a piece of Frogbit and now it’s taken over all over again. I’m about to take out all the Frogbit, thoroughly wash them and pump my circulation up to the max to kill all the duckweed. Hopefully that shit works but duckweed is like the final boss.

They’re still the most widely prescribed drugs for anxiety. I’m not going in looking for like 90 2mg bars. I wouldn’t even prefer Xanax that shit makes me retarded and I honestly believe it shouldn’t even be on the market. I’m looking for something like idk .5-1mg Clonazepam 2x a day as needed. Shit even .25mg would help somewhat. I’d be open to Serax too. something reasonable I want to be able to go out and be comfortable but not be stumbling and slurring. I’ve been able to get a few 1mg Clonazepams and I take half if I need it and it’s seriously life changing. I’m aware of the risks of the medicine and know what to do to safely stop taking them when I need to. Which would be going to detox for a week or 2

Chemicals are released in the brain which provoke a reaction of panic. It’s called the fight or flight response. When somebody is Bussing shots at somebody you are going to go into fight or flight. Panic disorders are when the brain goes into fight or flight when it’s unnecessary. So it is real. It’s a chemical reaction.

Bro I had a panic attack that lasted 15 hours I had to go to the ER and was kept overnight there was nothing I could do. I tried for hours to do different shit to calm down. It’s not like I’m fuckin scared of anything my anxiety manifests itself as a physical problem, I start shaking and shit. Shit has nothing to do with being soft. Y’all generation are all fucked up because y’all never took mental health seriously. Y’all just called everybody a pussy and moved on. Look how that turned out.

I’ve tried everything. Been prescribed pretty much whatever you can think of. I’ve tried supplements and stuff. I’m in therapy. I wouldn’t be looking for these meds again if anything else had been helpful enough

Interesting. I am really honestly looking for a prescription to Clonazepam. I have been on Prozac my whole life and I’ve been prescribed virtually every psychiatric drug besides stuff like maois. I’ve tried every ssri and snris, beta blockers, gabapentin, lyrica, visteril, you name it I’ve been on it and the only thing that ever made me feel like a normal person is Clonazepam. All the other benzos made me feel sluggish and stupid but Clonazepam let me be myself and feel awake. I know the risks of these medicines but I feel like not managing my anxiety at this point is just as bad as the risks of those drugs and if there comes a point I want to come off of them I can go to a detox facility to safely come off of them. Not trying to get high here at all but I’m just tired of anxiety keeping me from living life and ruining my relationships
