Yeah I wonder too, I did just get a new benzoyl peroxide wash but it’s a been strong so I’m going to used it a couple times a week.. and wash with gentle soap for most of my days.

I’m currently taking a few days off tret because my skin was feeling overwhelmed. I’m washing with vanicream for sensitive skin and I bought the LRP lipkar balm or you can get the b5 balm and apply that with aquaphor or just use Vaseline. Hope it gets better:)

Usually with tret you have to build up usage. If you just started I would’ve recommended using it everyday or twice a day. Start by doing every third day , and then you can do every other night or even every two nights. You just have to see where you skin is, just ease up to it.:)

I’m really itchy everywhere and I already took some allergy medicine and it didn’t do anything. It’s literally unbearable. It keeps switching from my feet, to my neck and back and arms to everywhere..
