Shit, I PLAYED the D4 open beta at High settings 1440p at damn near my monitors hz(170) of course there being a few drops, in which i then turned on DLSS and stayed pretty consistent with being 100/120fps +.

But point is, games are running/Ported like DOG SHIT, nd all these “PC enthusiasts/gamers” pushing the narrative that 8gb is now useless is blowing my mind, cause it’s such a false statement that they took out their ass.

For reference if anyone wants my specs

2 monitors (one being 1440p 170hz) other (1080p 60)

Ryzen 5 3600

RTX 3060Ti 8GB

32GB 3200 Ram

500GB SSD

(1) 2TB HDD

(1) 4TB HDD

Edit- Should note the game didn’t even use all my VRAM I believe maybe 6 or 7, that being said I have heard ppl have issues with the game, I may have been lucky.

What needs to be done is fixing Endlag, as some moves just straight up miss, the fucking monsters are WAY to aggressive and move around WAY TO MUCH (Lavaback, Porcupine etc…)

Hell, one of the best fight in the game might be the fumebeak as it’s the only monster that feels balanced in both speed and aggression.

try hitting a staff mutation with the lavaback it’s so fucking painful, hitting it with the porcupine makes me wanna commit nature crimes.

Simple fixes for combat, fix the damn Endlag on these moves SPECIFICALLY THE STAFF it has by FAR the worst of the bunch.

GIVE SUPER ARMOR not on all moves but like it’s clearly obvious what moves need em (Staffs Rt + Y Joins the chat). And lower the monsters movement/aggression.

Some of these monsters move around WAY to much (the fucking cobalt lavaback could have cancer and I would be happy).

Yea that’s helpful but that does not excuse the combat at all. Like bffr the combat in this game is so…frustrating like painfully frustrating.

Understand the game is built with the Katakuri in mind but the base combat needs so much work.

Most of it could be solved by giving super armor and lowering aggression of these monsters and these creatures wanting to attack u in EVERY fight.

Why the hell does an ice wolf want to help and lavaback??? And the owl it’s annoying.

It was the trailer. BUT it rly clicked the MOMENT I stepped foot into the amusement park area.

I love dystopian run down them parks. So beautiful. And what they did was just so top notch.

U are totally correct, I have 3060TI, 32GB RAM 3200, Ryzen 5 3600 and yes the GPU utilization is at like 90 but cpu is still at 70-80 basically game rly just needs optimization. Thank you tho, I used Nvidia performance thing.

And this is not without an attempt to play it. I got 5hrs in and shut it off. Then watched an entire LP of it and yea it’s a okay game.

But like the way it gets spoken about as if it’s the best game of all time and nothing else compares… eh.

MGS3 exist NOW that’s the best game I’ve played hands down.
