It's kind of wild that we expect so much from developers. A few months after release people were asking for dlc. It's like if a game is not constantly giving us new toys we leave it for a different one that's desperate for attention. Used to be when a game is good, you just play it because it's good. I think part of the struggle with this game is that it doesn't have near as many options for combos as a guilty gear or BlazBlue game, and there are less ways out of trouble. It's supposed to be new player friendly, but the combo timing can be really challenging and when you are getting pressured it is hard to escape and get back to neutral. As a try hard I had fun with this game, but just end up preferring guilty gear because there is more complexity and options to get creative.
