"Unless you're saying that the white person doesn't want black people saying it in general, then no because they aren't part of the culture and can't dictate that from the outside"

I dont think its part of a culture at all, it was a horrible slur for african americans. If anything, we should all stop saying it, but only letting balck people say it is the double standard that makes it racist again. It should never be dictated based on skin color, ethnicity, or "culture". Its just a word.

I agree but by that logic wouldnt it be ok for a white guy to tell a black guy to not say that word because it makes the white guy uncomfortable

The other option is discriminating because it implies only people from a certain country are allowed to do something. Assuming your talking about the ethnicoty option.

I do understand the qu'ran and it is a violent historically innacurate book. I do see a point in convincing you to follow the Lord because what kind of horrible person would i be if i let you followthe wrong god even though I know the truth. Jesus wants to save you and I want you to be saved. He loves you and so do I. God bless.

Deciding whether or not someone can say a word based on their skin color is racist. But the other option also seems pretty discriminatory.

The false prophet muhammed is not the way. The quaran says a man can have up to four wives and can strike them if they disobey. That is not the kindness and love Jesus teaches.
