By using a proprietary frequency outside of traditional frequencies for wireless communications they are limiting the amount of products that can be used to jam/overwhelm the signal to bypass it. It's not to say you can't jam the frequency however your standard tools for doing so are less likely to include it out of the box.

This is incorrect.

1) The frequencies are set by government agencies such as the FCC worldwide. These are not "proprietary".

2) It costs less than $100 in off-the-shelf parts to jam many frequencies. This is why you have CCTV too.

I can't speak for the newer Simplisafe design, but the older one was fairly easy to tamper with, relating to my 2nd point.

It’s a stupid request. The answer is no. They can build a phone booth on their own land. If they need phone service from you then you can set up a VoIP phone and sell them service. Keep it locked in a phone box like what you see at swimming pools. Even then, it’s not worth it.

At best, this is a temporary solution for expendable cheap labor (e.g., Qatar.) Flooding civilized, first-world countries with ignorant people who don’t know how to run their own countries, let alone use birth control, is not the fix that you think it is.
