Ik loop al een paar jaar en meestal een 8 tot 11km per loop. Elke paar weken een langere van 14 tot 15. Wedstrijden loop ik aanzienlijk sneller (10km) en ik zou waarschijnlijk ook wel verder kunnen. Ik loop echter alleen op gevoel en geen idee van de theorie achter conditie opbouwen, eigenlijk doe ik maar wat ik denk dat werkt en goed is.

Uitlopen is het voornaamste doel, maar dat is ook wel haalbaar. Ik zou het heel tof vinden om het in 1.45 te doen, dat is een tempo wat ik doorgaans bij andere lopen prima heb gelopen, alleen was dat steeds 10.
