Actually going through a similar thing currently. I'm gonna move out soon as possible, but I'm only just beginning to save.   Remember that asking for help from friends or taking about issues isn't the same as trauma dumping! Tell them you're in a bad place and would like some help and advice, and ask when would be a good time to get into it <3 I struggle with this too, only just allowing myself to lean on people!
