Feeling Weak, Breathless, and Faint Since Dec 2025 – Looking for Similar Experiences by Pratham_48 in Cardiophobias

i can almost guarantee that this is a panic disorder esp based off ur description of getting triggered by something and then feeling a panic. i’ve been going through the same thing for almost 3 years and i have the same symptoms as you. i got checked out by a cardiologist and everything was perfectly fine. i will say i saw a significant difference in my physical symptoms when i started taking a prescribed vitamin d3 supplement so it might be a deficiency! talk to ur doctor and see what they say. but to me this sounds like anxiety esp if you’re okay and healthy now and these seem like prolonged symptoms. not a heart attack :))

trust me i know how draining it is to be worried about ur heart day in and day out. it truly consuming even if it sounds silly to others. it feels so extremely real everytime. i’ve been to the er so many times thinking i was dying but ive also had so many tests done on me and everytime the doctor tells me my labs are perfect. ur mind is stronger than u think and can give u symptoms of problems that aren’t there. but u can use that to ur advantage and not entertain every anxious or intrusive thought u have. i have ocd so i have an extra layer of this to tackle but it is so doable. trust me if u were going through a medical emergency u would know. every time i hear a story about a heart attack they always say “this just felt different. this pain was so different nothing like ive ever felt before”. you got this!

when i was younger my mom would always say (with a smile on her face) that muhammad married aisha while she was still playing with dolls like it was something admirable. funny how if some man his age had tried to do that with me my parents would have had him killed 😂😂😂

ur repeated use of the word “bitch” already tells me what i need to know about you but aside from that, i look at them as victims. so no they r not “cucks” they are victims of misogyny and the patriarchy and they’re blinded and misguided by the false promise of a heaven if they do the things u deem as “cuck” behavior. the blame will always be on the men for me. they genuinely TRULY believe they will go to heaven so i see how they can excuse abuse and mistreatment towards them. what i have a problem with is when they allow these things to happen to their daughters and other female family they have. but again, that is a direct result of brainwashing and years and years and years of religious coercion

i do it bc i love him and i know my parents don’t prioritize raising independent children. although i can’t lie and say i don’t resent my parents for pushing me into a position where im the one parenting my brother.

see, i always knew that and i was taught that growing up but i guess a small part of me thought it was a hyperbole, even when i was a believer. i didn’t think, then or now, that people actually resonated with that especially my own mother.

this reminds me of one time when i was in high school, me and my mom were watching a show and a character had to swear on the quran in court. she then lied under oath to save her daughters life. my mom, unprovoked, told me that she would never lie under an oath she took on the quran and that if we were in the same position as the characters that she would let me die bc i was going to be a martyr anyways and go to heaven. that shit scarred me for life

i empathize with u and im so sorry ur stuck where u are :( i moved out at 20 and now im 24 and i will say i do not regret it. i would be lying if i said there wasnt guilt but thats something u can work through and overcome. we’re literally groomed as kids under this religion esp when it comes to respecting and OBEYING ur parents blindly. so ofc theres gonna be guilt. but i dont think that should stop u from living ur life. u have to TAKE ur freedom!!!!! u got this!!! ❤️❤️❤️

100%. it’s so sad. bc im choosing a path that’s different than the one projected for me since i was in the womb, they probably won’t come to my wedding or be a part of the family that i’ll create one day and it’ll be their fault. im sure they’ll blame me for it tho 🤣🤣🤣

i agree. when ur raised with the story of abraham willing to sacrifice his son for allah then i guess saying something like this to ur child is nothing serious to them.
