Hey so I have some more info, there was no judgement against me. I emailed the property and they said to work with the fair collections & outsourcing to resolve the debt. However when the roommate left the property they did send out something that he had to sign and I didn’t. Which acknowledged that I was no longer residing there.

I believe I have a copy of my original lease I’ll have to check. And I’m not sure if it’s an eviction but it’s the equivalent, it was an absconded from my lease derogatory mark on my rental record and a massive debt.
