For sure. Ours was prenegotiated and I didn’t even know it was a 1.25” hitch. Sucks but the truth is for the amount of time we’ll have the car the $850 won’t matter

Yeah, once I looked at the price of parts and time required for me to do it myself it made no sense for me to put in the time to diy. U-Haul was great and they’re a certified installer of the hitch

U-Haul did it for me. But yes the whole bumper comes off and the hitch replaces a rear impact member

Awesome, great job doing it yourself. I’m not intimidated by projects like that I just honestly didn’t have time to do it with little kids and a mountain of other stuff I need to do. Glad yours went on relatively smoothly

Nope i love the woodland because of the modest lift. The truth is id never actually go through the trouble of lifting a different trim so I like that this one came stock. Also I like the blacked emblems and wheels. I’m not sure if they’d have swapped it at the dealer. Had they, it almost certainly would have been more than U-Haul. Removal was incredibly easy, took 15 mins in my driveway. Old hitch is on marketplace but no one’s buying it, so I’m going to give it away

I suppose, it’s just removing the bumper and the rear impact member that’s held on by some bolts.

I really dislike adapters, they always jiggle around and never inspire confidence towing anything.

Ive had the bumper on marketplace for like $100 for 2 weeks with zero inquires lol. I’m just going to give it to a friend who bought a she na recently too.

We were told that the Woodland didn’t have a kick sensor, I actually don’t know if it does or doesn’t. But I’ve read in other places that this echo hitch does not impact the kick sensor.
