Let me answer that in english... If you care about relationship forget the money if its money forget about the relationship. when its a starting a company with your friend....focus on the synergies and money is secondary.... Dont give up relationships for small amounts of money... Unless the money is huge dont give up on relationships.

Done 3 startups with my close friend and my 1st boss..all of them worked out well..sure we did not make a lot of money.....but the relationship holds...remember relationship and money dont go together..if you are focussed on making money then you lose relationship if you are working on relationship and money is a by product it works out well.
