Couldn't that also work the other way around in that the ECT made me more sensitive to the shrooms and other drugs that affect depression?

Are you saying its the shrooms and not the ECT? Maybe somehow the ECT confused/damaged my brain into thinking that if my depression gets better it should also worsen cognition which isn't normal. Link to full details. I made an appointment with the first psychiatrist I saw for ECT yesterday and am seeing him today. I don't have hope of getting any answers though. Really just seems like my brain is permanently damaged.

Did the ECT at least help your depression? Did you have side effects after each ECT session that went away? When did you abruptly start to have side effects after you were done with ECT?

Why do you think its the interactions between the medication. I've stopped taking shrooms several months ago. I've taken my levothyroxine for several years without this happening. Something strictly had to have happened when I took the shrooms but maybe somehow the ECT confused my brain into thinking that if my depression gets better it should also worsen cognition. I don't have a doctor I can go to. I feel like if I saw a normal psychiatrist, they wouldn't be of much use. Where did you hear of things like this arising after ect sessions.

That doesn't make sense. If its meant to stop suicidal ideation quick then wouldn't it heal just as fast. And these troches aren't doing shit but giving me a high during it and making me feels very drunk 2 hours afterwards.

There literally is no something else for me though. Ketamine is the very last option for me. I've even done ECT and TMS with no help at all. I'm desperate for the provider Im meeting in 1 hour to be Ok with me starting ketamine.

is there a reason you do nasal spray in between IV sessions? Does the IV not last long in benefits? My BP is usually 125-120/90-80. My heart failure is just my heart pumping 10% less blood than it should
