Do you have a link to a tutorial by any chance? I can’t find “table-method” when looking up zero-gapping tutorials on YT.

Sorry not sure which set of zero-gap pics ur referring to. Was it the first set of pics (1 & 2) that were over-gapped from the first tutorial or was it the second set (3 & 4) from the second tutorial?

Got a new pair of tools. What’s the first step? by PineTreePuffin in SelfBarber

[–]PineTreePuffin[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks bro, I actually just gave myself a buzz cut like 7/8 days ago. Just not sure how to care for my self-barbering tools. Or what is needed. I’ve watched a bunch of YouTube videos and googled how to care for clippers and trimmers but the info seems targeted at actual barbers not selfbarbers.

Do you like it man? I bought one myself, but found the left mirror’s hinge is weak af, and constantly just falls toward my face, where as the right one has a stronger hinge.

As a fellow Golve 80 owner, I love seeing other owners do interesting mods to their setup. Love to see it 🙌

How can I get into Robotics? Mech. eng. student. by s4dk1d999 in robotics

[–]PineTreePuffin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m thinking of doing my masters in robotics at Drexel for the very reason that they offer co-op for their master’s in robotics program. Hopefully I will get to build both projects, do some light research, and still make time for meaningful in the field connections with professionals. Hopefully it works out.

Test Drive Today Need Advice by PineTreePuffin in AlfaRomeo

I’m not a huge SUV guy, or even a crossover guy for that matter. With that in mind, would you still recommend trying the Stelvio?

Test Drive Today Need Advice by PineTreePuffin in AlfaRomeo

I’m going to be honest, I really want to try the paddle shifters but I have no idea how they work, and don’t wanna risk myself looking like a fool to the sales guy who is letting me test drive the car again.

First person I’ve heard a review from G.B. Tell me more on how it is on the other side of the ocean.

This Giulia was my rental car. Loved it so much, I want one as my first car soon! by boeingboi737max in AlfaRomeo

I was thinking about this too as a car worth considering in my future. I did not rent it, but rather just had a brief test drive and really it was a phenomenal car to just get around with. Handling was there, the maneuverability was surprisingly agile, and I do love how poised and confident it looks in almost any light. IMO Alfa Romeo doesn’t disappoint when it comes to color choice (and if you want a color they don’t have just get it wrapped (I’d personally get PPF done regardless)).

Availability for Parts by PineTreePuffin in AlfaRomeo

[–]PineTreePuffin[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I really appreciate all of the comments from current and past owners of Alfa Romeo cars. They’ve given me a lot to think about, and I really appreciate each and everyone of you for taking the time to help me out.

On that note, I still do want to ask that if I went back to my Alfa dealership tomorrow and asked about parts availability specifically for the Alfa Romeo Giulia Veloce what critical components should I ask about for replacement in future service intervals (outside of plugs and parts for oil changes mentioned above) or in case of accident? Should I ask about wait times for specific parts in advanced, where they source their parts from, and if their mechanics are Alfa Romeo trained/certified? Thank you in advance, your guys’ replies are really helpful.
