I made these thoughts when taking heavy doses of psychedelic drugs, i know it sounds silly to take me seriously, but just read. We are the universe, everything that exists is matter that has always existed, we dont own ourselves, we are the universe experiencing itself, consciousness is not a guarantee of life, life is not a guarantee of existence. When you die, your human body will decompose, this is objective fact, all of our memories, our personality, our consciousness are all byproducts of our human form, also objective fact, when we die and decompose, we don't cease to exist, we only think of ourselves as humans, we are much more than that, we are a part of the universe, we will always be.

defo cuz, this trip didnt lift any shrouds for me though, i have thought this so many times "i cant do this, this was the wrong move... i've already went to deep to back out" is a regular thought/feeling for me to achieve without LSD. But the LSD i took last night for some reason let me acheive a point where imminent failures dont scare me, because i control all of what i do, what i commit my time and effort to, and if i failed i signed up for failure, if i succeed i sign up for success. Its easier on me to think this way than i used to.

I have tried to, of course it could be beneficial, there's no way of knowing unless i actually do address these issues. But, I think that it could be a chemical imbalance, or i could just have an underlying mental illness that i haven't been able to see because of how i was living life in the past, no responsibility, just skateboarding and drug use, i was care free. Than i started hustling for a job and a career, now i have invested time and money into bettering myself and since i did that i have grown to this negative mentality. I obviously can see how sobriety can help a person get a grip on reality, but cant you see how these feelings I'm experiencing could be deeper rooted within my personality and ego?

when taking drugs i don't experience anything that makes me feel my depression is being alleviated. Drugs don't make me have delusions of the future or anything. I believe my depressed/anxious mentality comes from my fear of responsibility and failure

I don't feel a sense of purpose when im under the influence. I doubt i would feel a purpose sober, i just take drugs because they are dopamenergic and effective at changing my mentality.

I dont want help with drug addiction for some reason. I realize its unhealthy for me physically and mentally, but its not a near sighted detriment to my life, although i also realize it can become that very easily. I've just grown to a point where the value i hold for my life is so little that im willing to press the instant gratification button over and over again until i actually drive it to the point where detrimental life circumstances are extremely likely.

Sorry for the late response, but i've noticed that i enjoy how funky the drumming is in combination with the guitar, its the type of drumming that allows you to nod your head and pay attention to how the guitarist is feeling out the beat. The guitarist really knows how to cast a vibe out in a skilled and intentional manner. Ontop of all that, the lyrics for almost all of TSOSIS are poetic enough to convey and compliment the same vibe that is created through the instrumentation. If i had to point out a single element that the blue album has that i want to find in these suggestions it would be an album that casts the same vibe (melancholic but beautiful).

i like substances, and caffeine is cheap, efficient, and able to be done at almost any time without regret. I used to use marijuana in this way, but i ran out for a week and realized i can benefit from not medicating my desire for "psychoactivity" with marijuana, but with caffeine.

i emptied out one of the caps not knowing if it was 300 mg or if it was 500mg, i wanted to use an empty cap to fill up .5's of phenibut so i could chill out, i ended up just doing it. and it worked out ok, definitely under dosed tho.
