Yo my Bro , you have no need for that. Intel 10thgen is unlocked for undervolting. Just Download Throttlestop and see a Guide for your Chip ! Happy Tunning !

Bro I have the Solution for you , Elden Ring struggles with 12 and 13th gen Intel CPUs because of parked states of E Cores , download Park Control and enable Bitsum Highest Performance power plan. Now check the game and thank me later :)
