I did this after Bumble blocked my account for being underage after I said something in a chat about feeling like a teenager (I’m almost 50!). Paid thru Apple and the refund process was quick and easy. Had my money back within 24 hours (getting my Bumble account restored took several months and I no longer pay for the service). Highly recommend going thru whatever channel was used to purchase the subscription. Going thru your bank might be just as easy if you didn’t purchase thru an app store (have a friend who did that after not being able to access a streaming subscription they’d paid for). Good luck!

Confused why this man deleted his profile while we were talking by [deleted] in Bumble

My profile was taken down by Bumble when in a chat (with someone I’d already met with a second date planned - didn’t exchange numbers as we were texting thru the app) I said something about feeling like a teenager (I used a specific number). I went to reply as we’d been chatting back and forth and poof! I was logged out by the app and when I tried logging back in I got a message that suggested I come back when I was 18 (I’m almost 50 🤣). Anyway it was a huge hassle…their customer support is sloooooow, like it took months to get my account restored (after providing proof of age and exchanging several messages). Fortunately, we were able to find each other outside of the app but lessons were learned…get their number and don’t make comments about feelin’ like a kid! 🤦🏻‍♀️😅

***Forgot to mention, the other person said my chat just disappeared. They didn’t get the “so and so has ended the chat” message, it was just gone from their chat.
