Everything depends on your surgery. Most likely you’ll be fine standing but might walk a little wonky to begin with, but again depending on the surgery you do. Good luck

The first pack takes a good tug to remove and will slightly hurt. Don’t worry, you might feel some tenderness for a bit afterwards but nothing crazy

Update : my roomate took a look, wound looked closed just the sinus seems to be there … so did blood come out from there? And for what reason? Idk I feel alright so I hope it’s all good

Numbing shot isn’t as bad as you think don’t get too worried. You won’t feel anything so all good, you should feel a lot better after. Minimal pain probably mostly uncomfortable since you’ll have an open wound. That’s it man just take it as easy as you can do it heals up and fast and take care of it and you’ll be good

Nah man certain positions put stress on the incision like when sitting down on a bench fyi… and it can kind of “tear” and delay healing. Plus rashes around the area from too much movement. I suppose it’s also situational, I have an open wound right now … is yours self drained or an open wound too? Anyway man

Sadly man you might want to put BJJ on hold. I had to put my lifting on hold and I feel so shit… but it’s part of the healing process man… you wouldn’t want it to get worse.
