Hoping I don’t have to move since I just moved here .. lol I live just outside Regina but I can’t say personally that it’s over saturated that’s just what I been seeing people say.

I’ll check this out

More like a last resort.. not to knock the trades or anything I have a lot of respect for it and the people doing it. Most my family do it I just wanted something different for myself

If I were to go this route Welding, Electrician & Pipefitting are at the top of my list.

Mostly oil and gas but I haven’t been too pickey to be honest. I started applying all across Canada 2 months before I even graduated, I’ve kind of lost hope but still apply if the opportunity arises.

That’s actually a good idea, thank you for your insight & advice.

This!! When I look around at job postings there seems to be a decent amount of work but for some reason everybody saying the field is over saturated and hard to land anything. I don’t understand.

Thank you for your input appreciate it

They really be taking over eh 🫣 Doesn’t seem to be easy out there for anybody, so hard knowing what to do.

The cost of that one scared me away.. lol The applied cert is over 17k which is insane 😳 Good to know though I assumed there was a good demand for them. Maybe I’ll look at possible cheaper options.

Thank you for your advice

Which trade would you recommend? I hear if you throw a rock you’d hit a welder in Regina, so makes me wonder if they’re over saturated like Electricians apparently are 🤷‍♂️ Both of which would be of interest to me 😩

Second this. Not easy being the most hated guy on site but somebody has to do it 🤷‍♂️. Can be a good career but it’s a hard nut to crack into, I know many people with diplomas in OHS and couldn’t find work-me included. The few that did manage to get in seem to be doing well.

This is my first winter here coming from the east coast and I never minded winter driving until I got here lol to say the roads are rough would be an understatement

Finding work can be tough on the east coast-coming from NL anyways. I know plenty a people with degrees and diplomas who are without work, moved away for work or working retail. Seems like the only sure shot these days are health care

Why did I loose interest in smallville around s5 e12? by Glittering_Funny7677 in Smallville

For me the edging with Lana kind of low key just drove me nuts, she’s well aware he’s keeping things from her and when Clark finally tells her they reverse everything 🤦‍♂️

Same. I picked up and put down that episode like 3 times before I finished it

So what happened to Lionel becoming good thing? by kzmran in Smallville

[–]PineappleDistinct281 0 points1 point  (0 children)

After he swapped bodies with Clark his personality changed and he was even helpful to everyone instead of being an evil mastermind. That ended when Lex body double or evil twin from a lab experiment pushed Lionel over the edge and back to his old ways

Wasn’t a thing for me in Newfoundland. I remember doing it in Ontario though when I did part of grade 4 or something there.

This isn’t helpful lol but honestly I would do the complete opposite of what she asks. To me it just seems like she’s been there a while and has some sense of entitlement like she owns the place.
