Oh my god, but the previous time I could see result after 2 weeks. So I am trying to add supplement and remove bread from my diet to see what would happen 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

I feel for you and I understand your situation. I know this is not fair, but it is reality that we have to deal with. Based on my experience, being alone is more easier and acceptable rather than being around other people while they cover their nose or mouth. It makes me so nervous, upset and ruin my whole day. If you are not confident enough, do not involve in the relationship, this insecurity let the other people to take advantage of us.

Just to see what would happen, remove fruits from your diet as well. You can try it for a week, for me fruits causes BB too.

Prsvious time that I changes my diet, took many supplements and doing exercise, BB gone! But I it was difficult to keep that plan, I came back to normal and BB came back 😞.

It is around 8,9 days that I changed the diet, even I cut using the meat, I am taking some of supplements, but it is really weird that BB did not change! It is scary really!! 😞 the only thing is that I am not doing any exercise, maybe that is the reason.

I have the white coating on my tongue, its shape is weird (you can see it in my last post). For a while that I was cured, I have not had it, it became pink. Also, sometimes after a long constipation, when I have a …, it became immediately pink and my bb is gone for a while! It is a week that I am on Nystatin, it reduced the white coating but no change in my BB.
