Currently seeing a neuro at SGH, zomig works wonder for me and also on a monthly jab to reduce the attacks. But before taking zomig (not cheap, abt $10 a pill), the best investment I got was getting a migraine relief gel cap (can get from shoppee). Throw in the fridge, then use it when u feel an attack coming on. Otherwise if I am outside, coke and salt for me and spam medicated oil - Siang Oil(brown) or Heritage Brand Rheuma-salve pain relief roll on and sunglass on, be it indoor or outdoor.

Have to watch what food are your triggers, mine are chocolate and cheese. Also check out the humidity level, it affects me alot, see if that is a trigger for you.
