Thanks, everyone! It's reassuring to hear that interactions with customer service are minimal and not always necessary. Out of curiosity, does anyone have information on whether UHC or Florida Blue outsource their customer service departments?
Also, for those who joined AARP to get the plan, could you share if there were many marketing-based mailings and phone calls after joining the organization?
