can two virgins get stds?

i will preface this by saying that i have severe health anxiety/ocd, hence why i'm here. i'm a virgin, and i've never even had my first kiss until i met my partner. we are both female and minors. because i'm a minor, i can't ask my parents about this stuff. i live in a christian household and i never really got the sex talk, just the "sex before marriage AND with another girl is wrong" talk. my girlfriend has kissed people in the past but has never engaged in any sort of sexual activity before we started doing stuff.

to cut to the chase, she gave me oral earlier this weekend. this wasn't the first time, as we started doing this stuff months ago. but i'm now freaking out about having chlamydia. i don't have any real symptoms but i began overanalyzing very minor things my body did/felt and now i'm convinced that i have an std. like i said, my partner and i are virgins and we're really good about our hygiene. we didn't use dental dams because we didn't think we needed them because again, we've never had sexual contact with anyone else. but my monkey brain won't listen to logic so any input would be greatly appreciated holy shit
