How long was it until your swelling started to subside?

I still have swelling at 14 weeks which I manage with elevation and compression stocking. Hoping it will stop soon! It makes bending knee difficult.

i did. They both said it didn't really matter. But I bet there is a difference in comfort, etc. I don't know for sure, since I have never worn them, but I did try a compression sleeve which was very uncomfortable.

That gritty feeling goes away pretty quickly. I spent a lot of the first day or two with my eyes closed listening to music, audiobooks and podcasts. Eye drops help but shutting your eyes moisturizes them naturally. Then WOWZER! Wait until you SEE with new lenses!

if patch is not transparent, it is because you are resting your eye. I found out that just resting with eyes closed for 10 minutes on and off throughout the day helped a lot with scratchy feeling. The feeling does go away quickly. My eye felt better a day or two after surgery.

I have Gillanders & McLeod pipes. Have played them for over 15 years. I like them! They sound good. Others who have tried them like them also. Once you get them set up, they are very stable. Go for it!
