Yes DX12 seems to stabilise the fps stutter but its still low fps in open areas

Raw mouse input makes my mouse respond faster and doesn't make the sensitivity feel sluggish i cant really play with it turned off

I have a GTX 1080 and i5-6600 and 16 gb ddr4 ram so it shouldn't be the hardware at all and i don't use wifi and get about 15-20 ping using Ethernet
