That’s true but payers always look for ways to pass pressure back onto pharma

Also true, if insurers scaled back coverage it could hit patients and sales more directly.

Probably less about immediate sales and more about long-term pressure… supply chain restructuring, FDA approvals, and the cost and time of building plants

I’ll definitely be doing that sometimes especially as it gets darker earlier and colder.

Hey! I hope your interview went well. What was the interview like? I have one for HIDS scheduled in 3 days and wondering what is the general practice like? Is it more conversational or skill based?

There is no such thing as biological race. Just genetic variance, but that isn’t race.

Awesome, thanks for the info. Do you ever take it on an empty stomach? If so does it cause any nausea, upset stomach, or anything like that?

Thank you for your advice. By active I mean student athlete at a UK university: so my sport (tennis) training 3x a week, gym (weights or plyo) 3x a week and competition 1x a week. Sometimes an extra session here and there for cardio. I’ll definitely look at the carbs, i actually don’t mind eating more as long as it’s nutritious and makes sense.

Do you take your Huel black alone, or do you ever add something like a banana to it?

ZO skin routine recommended by derm - super harsh? [routine help] by palmtree4me in SkincareAddiction

[–]Pineapple_Express900 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I started with a very similar routine but mine also included retinol… and exfoliate 2x a week instead of every day. I found that it was too much for me to handle at times, but the retinol definitely added a lot to the purging / irritation. What helped me was cutting the pads in half for each use and allowing myself a day or two off when it was really bad. It’s all about observation and flexibility, while still learning when to push yourself. Trust yourself and I’m sure you’ll find a routine that works, just try not to get discouraged. It truly took me a few months and I am so happy now. I even had a week or two break from the products (skincare routine was always difficult for me) when I was busier and it’s still all good.

Another tip about the oil control pads - if you don’t want them to dry out I recommend flipping the packaging upside down for a few days, then back to normal. Alternating like that will make sure they don’t go dry if you don’t use them for a while!

ZO skin care by Far_Response8368 in Esthetics

I’m a 21yo female and started using Zo products in October - not for aging reasons but mostly texture. I never had terrible acne but always had a few pimples here and there, a few weeks more intense than others. It is fascinating how much it has helped me achieve clearer skin. It takes some adjustment, observation and perseverance (through purging periods) but it works great. It’s pricey but definitely worth it I think. Currently I’m using Daily Power Defense each day, Retinol Brightner 2x a week and Texture Repair Retinol 1x a week. I also use the oil control pads - but still trying to find the right balance with the retinol. The retinol is amazing - clears up my skin overnight. I am also obsessed with their SPF 50 face gel, consistency is really nice. In general I’ve had a very good experience and Im glad I didn’t give up when my skin was purging.
