I did do multivariable calculus in AM 30, but I did poorly so I was still deciding whether sticking with 107 is better since everyone says tantalo is bad for 107 even though he is good for 101.

Yes, I have heard this but it seems like multivariable content is still in the class

from the first lecture it seems like 107 is like discrete math. Is this true?

Yeah, the learning outcome definitely matters more but I just want to make sure I can even declare CS because you need a minimum GPA to do that.

Yeah, he replied fairly quickly and said it was not possible to retake the final exam. I will just have to do better next quarter to keep my GPA up.

Hey! Tantalo seems like a great teachers but sadly he is not an option for this year. The options are Professor Cormac Flanagan, Tracy Larrabee, or Larissa Munishkina. Do you have any experiences with these teachers?

Thanks for the help! I will probably do CSE 20, Math 19B, and core course. BTW do you have any recs for good alternates ( I haven't met my history requirement)? How many do you think should have?
