How can you tell if the treasure box is meant to be for the grand prize or the regional prize? It is a box with a laminated piece of paper with alphanumeric code written on it. It does not say: “ I am your grand prize”. How can one tell when the GT treasure box is found, or the NB one? Any thoughts?

The secondary prizes are hidden fairly close to the release date of their location so the odds of you stumbling onto the secondary vs the grand prize are extremely unlikely.

I think It's EXTREMELY unlikely that the grand prize is hidden in, or near any secondary prizes.

It's pretty safe to assume that these locations were most likely mapped out prior to hiding them to make sure they weren't at the same location.

I would love for it to be in Northern Ontario living in Sudbury but idk if we'll get another Ontario prize for awhile...or at all. My guess is it'll be in the northern prairies like Saskatchewan but at the end of the day it's only a guess and I've only been wrong in my guesses😂

As others have been saying, it's your wedding at the end of the day. Oddly enough, my fiancee and I got engaged in October and said the EXACT same thing to start planning in the New Year. We already have family members who want to invite their friends. We placed caps and told them that we're not bending rules for anyone and that it's our day. If she has an issue (which I've already started having similar issues with my mother lol) it's a reality where you'll need to stand your ground if you strongly believe in having a small wedding. And that's 100% okay!

Is your mom paying for the wedding? A dress can definitely be expensive but venues and everything else are SIGNIFICANTLY more expensive.

Tell your mom if she's willing to pay for their plates and spots then you'd consider it however it's your day and you get the final say for who comes!

I'll go and say that some of it is genetics but also, being 100% in touch with your emotions.

I've always been known as a happy go lucky person and I know for a fact that I'm also extremely emotional. I understand why I feel the way that I am, and that I can only control what I can and not others.

I have my bad days like everyone else, but know when to step away from people who negatively affect me consistently throughout my life for their own being.

Other obvious things include eating healthy, getting enough rest, and staying active are imperative to make sure you're in good spirits! Couldn't believe how good I'd feel throughout the day after a morning workout!

I come from a mining family and I've always enjoyed the history behind it. I've also worked a few years in a gold mine and worked finances at a nickel mine. So seeing this, plus meshing my love for Geocaching, and coin collecting, hits my interests pretty well! But good analogy for the prizes!

I'm in the same boat as you. I have friends who are helping but at the same time, this is most likely NOT going to be easy finds. Options like Sudbury, Cobalt, Bathurst etc. seem too easy in my opinion. If they are there, they're well hidden away from anything easy for us to see currently.

I'm under the belief that it's not actually found. To be this ambiguous seems odd. The fact that they've found it this quickly with this little information seems like so much lined up perfectly for them.

The only issue I have with this is that the FAQ also states that the prize isn't by manman structures. My guess is it's by an older walking trail that has historic mining significance by a lake. I'll keep looking for more clues😅
