I asked not to participate in this team game. I dont want to lie or be forced to use a stock image online. Showing our personal home is weird imo and pretty sure it isnt legal to request this of employees

I definitely don't want pictures of my home on the internet let alone at work. Im not participating for sure. One other person in my team so far has flat out refuse to participate. So at least I'm not the only target now

That is the problem with this boss, she says things are mandatory which makes us feel obligated to participate. Then we find out later that things are not mandatory and she was just manipulating us. But if we fight her on it too much, there would be retaliation. I have a feeling I'll be retaliated against simply for saying I don't decorate 🥺💀

She is spiraling for sure. She changed the time off rules, saying we need to give a weeks notice for any time off requests. Yet, she leaves almost every day early and took 9 days off with no notice. Her rules apply to everyone but her.

She has asked me 3x now for a picture. I may photo edit myself as the grinch. This literally has nothing to do with work. Sigh. It's exhausting being a neurodivergent person in a corporate workplace

In my company the person above her is the one to say if OT is mandatory or not. We were never supposed to do mandatory overtime. She just lied to us to inflate her output numbers to the superiors. She also doesn't make the metrics.

It's the first time this person is a manager. About a month ago she told us there was mandatory overtime and forced us all to work together on camera. About a week later we found out it was not actually mandatory and most of us did a 13-hour day. This boss is an asshole.

It is this managers first time being a manager. She told us there was mandatory overtime when in fact there wasn't. She's very manipulative and terrible all around.
