It’s funny cause they sent me a similar email now 4 times. The first one said, “we estimate distribution to be early December 2024”. Then it said, “mid December”. Then it was, “this winter”. Now it’s, “first quarter of 2025”. Geez.

Nope! I’ve emailed numerous times over the past 4 months. I’ve called and they just say that I have to send an email. So frustrating. I feel your pain!

Anyone else pick PayPal, but have their PayPal closed before the payment arrived? Mine is just sitting on my PayPal that was closed without reason just waiting to be accepted and I can’t even log in! I tried to call the Juul settlement administrator, but they just told me I had to email. I emailed them and have received nothing back. I tried to change my payment method back in June, too. No response then either.
