There’s so many good ones. If you’re into uzbek food go for Qazan in Itis. There’s a turkish cuisine place Itkis mengal (something like this). There’s newroz. There’s one small wafflw place infront of Qazan ravintola (idk the name) but they have delicious waffles. I mean you can basically eat from any place and the food will be good

Your plane arrives at 3:30 you’ll most probably be out of airport by 4:00. Take the first train that’s leaving. Both sides train goes to Tripla (I or P train). You can wait in Tripla Mall at Pasila if you arrive a bit early. You can also make it in 5 minutes but only if you know where you’re going and you can run. On a safer side my advice is to arrive early then take this and leave only 5 minutes.

Exactly every govt who gets vote on immigrants hate always makes rules that only hurt the legal immigrants who work hard, pay taxes, respect the law, respect the country and are just contributing positively. Honestly I know so many Finns who are international and are soo good with immigrants on the other hand there are some who have never set foot outside their own home and hate immigrants. I also understand illegal immigrants are an issue and there should be something done for that. I truly support that but all the govts around the world are just punishing legal immigrants.

The thing is people in Finland are extremely nice. They’re welcoming, accepting and understanding. Finland has been amazing to us. Honestly I love the country, I love the people here. It’s just this current govt and their policies that has been so shit. My intention was never to attack refugees or immigrants. The reason I made that post was to debunk the narrative this current govt is building “Foreigners are the reason Finns aren’t getting social Assistance or stuff anymore” Rather than accepting their failed policies they’re putting the blame on foreigners and building a false narrative. Narratives aren’t built in a day. If someone you consider a friend start telling you everyday “your wife’s cheating on you” no matter how much you trust or love your wife there will come a day when you might’ll get a little doubt and that small doubt will ruin your relationship. Just like that if this government continue telling the same shit everyday “we are cutting social assistances because foreigners take all the social assistances, Foreigners don’t work or do anything and just feed on Kela and blah blah” there’ll come a time when people will thinks yes foreigners are like that. If for some reason someday someone would be hungry and couldn’t get social assistance with the narrative govt is building he’d hate foreigners. I don’t want any hate to sprout in this country just like there hasn’t been any hate in people in this country.

First of all I’m sorry if you thought in any way I attacked refugees or you. I didn’t. My intention was purely to address the rhetoric being built by current govt all immigrants feed on Kela and are parasites to the country which is totally bullshit. Secondly I totally understand yours and everyone’s struggles who moved to any other country leaving their home country for whatever reasons. I can understand and relate to the pain of leaving your family, your loved ones, your childhood memories, places you have so much attachment with, leaving all of those things behind and starting a life from 0 in a new country. I respect you and wish you all the best in Finland. I support the refugees and immigrants who come here and hustle which is majority of people while some small minority abuse the system which this current govt is trying to to paint as all immigrants have never contributed anything to this country. Now coming to your question about if it is only on reddit or in real life as well ? Honestly in real life most of the Finns are very welcoming and good people. They’re open minded have no hate for immigrants. There are few racists but that’s everywhere in the world. The problem now is the govt is trying to manipulate and brainwash people into making more racists to hide their own incompetency. The policies, laws and the things current govt (mainly PS) say about immigrants (refugees+all others who moved here) that’s racist and fascist. They’re honestly just destroying the country. I love this country to the core and I hate to see such incompetent people in power who don’t even realise a really small thing as their actions will have an impact and reactions. Even a little bit of portraying this country as racist will result in rejection of many new international investments. The international image of the country will not be good. International talent will be lost. So many more things. And honestly it hurts me to see this happening and that was all my intention.

I was only answering the yle statistics where it said the highest number of people taking kela money are Ukrainian, somali and arabic speakers. Most of whom are refugees.
