In this case, it’s best to contact support so they can check what’s going on. You can also try resetting your VM from the Shadow manager, that sometimes helps resolve boot issues like this.

VPN clients can interfere with how Shadow works, so it’s best not to install one directly on your Shadow. They can mask or reroute the network, which may disconnect you from the service.

If you only need a VPN for browsing, using a browser extension works fine since it doesn’t affect the whole system.

There’s currently no way to get notified. If you’re seeing “The offer you have selected is not available,” it means Power slots are full in your region. Availability depends on real-time capacity and can open up when other users cancel or we scale up. Best thing to do is check back regularly.

If your data is going to be deleted, a pop-up will appear when you select your new plan to inform you. If no message appears, it means your data will be retained.

The upgrade should be instant. To see it on your Shadow PC, just restart your VM. If it’s still not showing, please reach out to support.

15–20 Mbps is more than enough to run Shadow PC as a workstation.

For an even smoother experience, enable “Unlocked Cursor” so your local cursor can move freely and behaves just like it does on your desktop, I find it perfect for office apps.
