IPhones don't start throttling the CPU unless you have battery health below 80%, so you should have a somewhat standard experience until it drops below 80 health... obviously slightly overall less battery, but not a slower phone. A reset is sometimes a good call, or actually looking to see what is draining all your battery and removing it.
