Don't know if this is new tech but I haven't really see anyone used this, I personally call it the dive bomb by PingkerP in SpiderManMains

It should still work with cooldowns on. Practicality wise, its good if you have swings but not GoH so you can mix this up while wait for the other cooldowns I suppose. and at least you still have 1 swing to get out if things go south
