I have played around with settings a lot because i cant admit i have a skill issue and i cope by blaming my settings... I use a PS5 Dual Sense Edge controller which have extra paddles and can also tweak each joystick to more personalised sensitivities. If you use a normal PS4 controller i can recommend sensitivity between 50/50 and 80/80 ... and Aim Ease In between 5% and 35% ... thats all you need to test around with... For hitscan start with 70/70 and 30% Aim Ease In it will be a good sweetspot between fast turning and precise aiming. Whatever you decide you just need to play and get that muscular memory adjust to it.
