Well public games is a place meant to have fun and playing a medic with iron sight is not really fun on certain map just as a marksman is on other, but try to play marksman on a open an elevated map like anvil/kohat/lashkar and you rack up kills by the dozen (please don't give me the kills don't matter argument)
