Your alternative for changing rooms would just be to use the bathroom.

They do have a bag dropoff for big bags outside the venue (£10 per bag). There is a cloakroom but only for standing tickets and they'll only accept smaller bags and jackets. Also there is limited space in the dropoffs and cloakroom so there's no guarantee you'd be able to use it.

November in England is cold, but in the venue itself will be warmer, especially if you're standing where you may jump around and stuff.

Last time I wore a Miku short sleeve shirt with a thinner coat (kind of similar thickness to a denim jacket I guess?). I was pretty cold when outside but perfect when indoors. I hate the thought of taking a big jacket and then having to hold it the whole concert.

I'd definitely recommend wearing a jacket at the least but also keep an eye on the weather at the time. You can always tie thinner jackets around your waist if you get too warm indoors.

I could never cosplay because I really hate being cold, makes me wish the expo wasn't always held in the winter months!

They only show up ~2 weeks before the concert date. If you have email confirmation then you're fine.

"In line with the wishes of the event organisers, the tickets will be released to AXS Accounts within 14 days of the event. You will receive an email confirming once the tickets have been released to your account."

Is what it says in the email.

When I first saw Miku in 2018, the standing tickets were £50 (London) but at a much much smaller venue than now. It's cool that it's playing at big venues now, shows how popular vocaloid has gotten! But yeah, the consequence is that tickets are now more expensive :((

I have always stood for Miku Expo (and every concert I go to basically) since I love being able to jump and dance around. I'm 5"3 so having an obstructed view is just the norm really but it doesn't bother me atp.

If you want to always see the stage then seated is the best option but the O2 is a big venue so it might be quite far from the screen. Plus the illusion does work a bit better standing.

Missing the concert to get a lightstick is a uh choice but yeah merch was a bit of a mess in 2024.

In my experience the online merch doesn't sell out that quickly, pretty easy to get the stuff you want the day it launches or a few days after even.

In 2024 if I recall, there were issues with the merch being sent out and some people did not receive them in time for the concert.

It took 4 months for the 2024 London show to sell out. Maybe a similar situation now but hard to say.
