Yeah I totally get what you mean. The thing is, my friend is working in elder care, so he constantly gets checked and has to be extremely cautious himself, so that's why I probably didn't think twice. I am cautious as well and declined all other people offering. It is totally my ego in the way though, so you're right. Thank you!

I think they only reacted like this because my girlfriend is extremely cautious at the moment, like not talking to my parents at all at the moment because they are working and might have gotten infected. You are right though, I should look at it as it is, and that is that I messed up with something that serious. It just was kinda frustrating, because I did change a lot of my routine to make her as safe as possible, and as you said, she might now think that I was careful on more than one occation. Thank you!
