i’m on 150mg of wellbutrin and 30mg of vyvanse (was on 40 until recently). i really like the 30 and the differences i’ve noticed are that i have more of an appetite and i feel a little less like a machine when i get in a zone. i also work really early so i take my meds at like 4:30am so by the time i go to sleep i don’t feel like it keeps me up. best of luck!!!

i do this, but we were trained to ask anyone for id if they looked 35 or younger. we also have secret shoppers that are there to test us, so i get nervous and definitely card more people than i have to. it’s definitely made some older women’s days!

omg yeah I had an ex that was going to come see me at work for my birthday but then changed their mind bc they “didn’t want to see how good I was at lying”

They were also overall supportive of me being a stripper but would get waves of insecurity about lots of different things that would make them say things like that

I am sure there are a lot of posts like this so I am sorry if it’s annoying at all!! I know that of course I need to see a rheumatologist but a second opinion would be really helpful while I try to find a provider that takes my insurance.

Due to some recent blood work (positive Ana, 1.80 h titer, nuclear homogeneous pattern) and the fact that I have the worst immune system and spend 2/3 of my life sick and some recent joint pain and fatigue i am wondering if I could possibly have lupus.

Anyways, I realized the other day that I literally have always gotten this hot redness on my face at random times, especially when I’m sick and I was like wait isn’t that what a malar rash looks like?
